Sold an item, buyer says does not match description so I told him to return and would refund him as long it is same item and same condition. Received it back today, only half and broken. He had broke off a wire inside switch when he took part out he kept. Phoned E Bay they told me to report buyer but I still have to refund him. In other words a buyer could send a empty box back but as long as it shows delivered seller has to refund. I really don't think this is fair at all. Has any other sellers had this kind of problem with their seller protection??
