Ebay Staff!!!! Glitch is still happening and losing us sales!!!

i'v try getting these 3 books  but when you click on buy it now it go to pay pal for you pay now. you can't get combine shipping and there no shopping cart to put to it on, i'v learn when you put all the books on the shopingcart i can request total.

This is the third buyer in as many days that has contacted me.

All I can tell you is that we do not having a shopping cart on eBay Canada.

They only have shopping carts on .com & .uk

I just send an email to Kalvin about this problem nan, I hope they can do something about this, it keeps happening to me also.

I also sent him a email. Hopefully they can get it fixed. I have a few hundred listings ready to go.(and I will be paying fees as I didn't get the invite). But I'm not wasting my money on this!!!!!

If the listing has been done on .ca a cart can't be used even if the person is shopping on .com

Nan, have they actually purchased these items yet or is ebay asking them to pay for each one before they can actually purchase it? I'm guessing it's the latter,but if not, you could send them a bill through Paypal.
