Received a defective item from China Seller (big surprise right?)
Attempt to send back.. they stall provide address in Kanji. Nice!
Finally get proper address to send back.. which I do.
1 month later seller claims they never got the returned item.
Tracking doesn't follow to China
China Post / Tracking is fraudulent (see about every other claim regarding China Post)
Ebay then FORCEDLY CLOSED MY ACTIVE CASE because my 4 calls, 3 emails weren't "escalation" enough.
Case closed... no refund no item.
My "Tip" don't buy anything from China.
If you do.. you are ON YOUR OWN buyer protection is a fat lie as I am not protected from defective items NOR fraudulent international sellers.
