Ebay sellers Dream 26,000 square feet of stuff to sell Fastest program to populate an auction

Ok I had a meeting today and things went well . Starting January 3rd we are coming on board with a major purchaser of Costco old stock. We will be able to offer these items at 40% less then they sell at Costco. The two owners are setting up a room for me, for packing and shipping . Basically I walk through the huge warehouse and pull the item too sell on Ebay . They tell me how much they want for the item and we get 20%

Now the problem, who do I use to list with on Ebay FAST ......

Do I have to google search everything and pull the info into the auction. We are talking 10,000 of thousands of brand new items. The faster I get it on the faster we make money for them

As for software, hard choice. Better programs have a fee.

And try to list only large quantiy items. Lots of work to list something once as opposed to list the same thing over and over again.

As for 20%. Seems way too low. Who pays the ebay and paypal fees? And what do you expect the average sale price to be?

I agree with reliable-quality about the 20% unless the other guys are eating the listing fees and final value fees and PayPal fees. You wont end up with very much and it may end up costing you when you factor in time and everything else.

If they pick up all costs and the 20% is profit then that is ok otherwise you are going to be forking over about 50% of that in fees.

$5.00 for item over 50.00 to 199.99
$7.00 for item 199.99 to 499.99
10.00 for item 500.00 and up

Consignment customer pays all Ebays FVF's. Customer pays Reserve if they want one as well

It really depends on two things.

First is the volume of one particular item. If you get to sell say 10 of something, then your costs go down as you can use the same listing over again and just relist.

Second is the average price. If the final sale price is 20.00, the 20% is 4.00. Low funds for the work. You really need to get an average sale price of at least 50.00. My experience is I can list about 5 or 6 unique items an hour. But that is me pushing it. Shipping takes extra time.

When I sell for others, I try to get the 10.00 as a fee for the work. Percentage ofter that.

Off topic question. How did you become a Verified Seller? I thought that program was only open to US residents.

The items would be a melting pot, some of the same items . Some items such as DVD players would be a one style and then another style . However I am certain info on the net would be posted about the DVD players. I can post some of that info within the auction, as long as I comment were the info was pulled from . Say the original site of the manufactor
