Feedback updates on FB page..

Does anyone know how often eBay updates the feedback ratings shown on our FB page? My Communication & Description ratings are exactly the same for 30 day, 3 months & 12 months and have been for days. On my FB page it still shows 4.9 for Description but Comm. is 5.

Not obsessing, just wondering.

Feedback is updated within minutes of being given by buyers/sellers.

DSRs are updated with a (unspecified) delay (days) to prevent sellers from identifying who gives them low ratings.

That makes sense Pierre but my DSR for Description was at 4.96 for quite awhile before it went up even higher a few days ago matching the DSR's for Communication. If it had been 4.95 I could understand it but it hasn't been lower than 4.96 for quite awhile now.

It may have nothing to do with recent feedback/DSR received.

Old DSRs drop off after 365 days.
