The "free shipping" only applies within the USA.

The listing clearly states shipping cost to Canada.

There is no fraud here.

Pierre, have another look at the screen shot in the original post.  There is an eBay-generated message in the search results in bold font face that reads "Free international shipping".

Borntofight, I just tried doing a keyword search for that item using the same search terms you did and I can't replicate your results.  Were you logged in at the time you did your search?

Anyway, as that message is generated by eBay and not the seller, I'd have to put this down to an eBay glitch rather than seller fraud.  Sorry.
