You're changes have really been a huge negative for me and my son who have used ebay to list hockey cards - and sold tons of cards with GREAT feedback.
We have (had) approximately 400 card listings created and would rotate them using our free listings and the promotions. We did this to avoid losing all his work if not relisted after 60 days. At any time we would have about 200 up - always selling some and always then adding new cards.
With your change to 20 free listings (plus 20 for collectibles) AND the fact we have had NO promotions for over two months (after getting them at least once or twice a month) he has now lost a ton of his listings and all the work that went into them. Enough to stop using ebay altogether.
Please don't suggest ebay store. There are terms and conditions there that make it not an option.
