Great sellers, as defined by high DSRs within the last 30 days, will get hi

Does this mean that if I sell "toonywidgets" and someone is looking for "toonywidgets", my listing might not show up because I am not one of the "favored ones"?

I have noticed several times in the past that I would look for some item that I have listed and the search engine did not bring it up. Then I would look in my "actives" and it was there.

Does eBay control whether or not our listing will appear or how often?

I need an explanation on this one.

Title should read:

Great sellers, as defined by high DSRs within the last 30 days, will get higher visibility in search results than sellers who have lower rates of buyer satisfaction.
