I have written a few Guides on Himalayan Salt Lamps. Now I find one of my competitors has written two guides...well written isn't exactly the case. He has copied and pasted entire paragraphs from my Guides into his:
Mine:

http://reviews.ebay.com/Himalayan-Rock-Salt-Benefits-and-Uses_W0QQugidZ10000000001628274
His:

http://reviews.ebay.com/Usages-amp-benefits-of-Himalayan-rock-salt-crystal-lamps_W0QQugidZ10000000003254847
He has also copied sentences directly from my auction listings and put them in his listings.
I contacted T & S and they directed me to VERO. So I joined VERO and filed a signed complaint. VERO won't do a thing and keeps trying to send me to T & S. Yesterday I finally wrote Isabel Tremblay and Jordon Banks, but I have yet to receive a response and the guides and listings are still up and running.
What the heck do you have to do to get ebay to honour your copyrights? Anyone know where I can find a copy of a cease and desist letter without having to pay my lawyer $100?
