HELP..Can I still report a seller that sold me fake mac shadows back in march 2012..I only just discovered the deceit,due to personal issues

I bought mac eye shadows back in the end of march 2012, I only recently found out they are fake when I bought mac pro palettes to put them in, upon putting in palette noticed they would fall out,so checked and noticed that the bottom stickers were coming off. This person took the real mac shadow labels and glued them to fake ones, I then checked against the ones I bought directly from mac and had real ones of the same name,but the fake ones even had colour wrong.I had them put away and ever even thought that they were  ake because they came in the mac package,never thought someone would be so dishonest to do that...I was naive,only just started buying on ebay.

Neither eBay nor Paypal will help this late in the day. You might be able to do a chargeback with the credit card you back your PP account with.

MAC do guard their brand carefully, so getting in touch with them might help close the fakers down.
