Purchased a spotlight in September and never received it. Contacted seller at least 3 times. Said they would check order , then asked me to wait longer , then said they would ship it again. Thay just delayed it long enough so I could not leave feedback. Guess I was ripped off. Buyers beware of this site.

While you waited too long to file a claim with eBay or PayPal, if you paid with a credit card through PayPal you should call your credit card issuer at the toll free number listed on your monthly statement and ask for a "chargeback" due to non-receipt.

Considering the seller is located in China, it is possible your credit card issuer will agree to a chargeback even at this late date (more than three months after payment).  Call today.

In future, I suggest you always check the seller's feedback before buying.

I don't know if your seller is the same one as the one who ripped me off since the name has been redacted, but mine is also in China, said he shipped the item, never arrived, said he re-shipped, never arrived, and of course by now it's WAY past too late to file a complaint with both eBay and PayPal. I'm now out the money, have no item and no recourse whatsoever. Seller in my case was . Avoid at all costs!!

Have you called your credit card issuer (if you paid your purchase with a credit card through PayPal)?

At least you haven't received a little toy instead of a tablet pc from hong kong, and eBay suggested to send it back so they can refund you... and at the end not only you didn't get your money back but it costed you double and... case closed!!! You have to be careful who you buying  from.

And again, if your Paypal claim fails, you have the fallback of a chargeback to the credit card you really paid with. Paypal is just a very useful mediator.

But cards have deadlines too, so act immediately.
