Having problem with Buy It Now- Buyer wants multiple of same item?? But can't complete...

HI:
Hope someone can help!  I have a buyer who is interested in multiples of this same item. You can view item at http://www.ebay.ca/itm/261122496010?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1558.l2649

They have told me that when they enter 7 and hit Buy it Now it takes them to a page that says something like cannot complete ...

Anybody know what might be wrong?  Thanks very much !

Hi...

You might have your "Buyer Requirements" set not right, double check it in your ebay summary page under "Account" then select "Site Preference".

By changing it will not change the live listing now you will need to start a new listing with the number of items and the agreed selling and shipping cost, if you do decide to make the new listing, in the title put the buyer ID in it and tell them to do a search on their ID and they will be able to find it fast, it will also keep all the rest of ebay member from snatching from them.
