Hmmm ok so how do I find a listing that is missing international shipping?

I got the "Important notice about your international listings" note telling me that one or more of my listings is missing international shipping charges. As usual, this isn't helpful at all.

As far as I know all 1300 of my listings (which are all on .COM) have standard international shipping for Canada and the World (I have two rates, one for Canada and one for Worldwide).

I don't know how to find the one(s) that don't comply, I can't even figure out how to see my listings as a "Canadian" without going physically into each lot. However I look at them list wise, they show the USA shipping rate.....

Has someone already figured out how to find them on .com'land?

Yeah, I got the same email today.  Although time consuming, the fastest and easiest way to do it will probably be to bulk edit the whole darn bunch.

We have lots of time on our hands, don't we?:-(

westernstargifts, Here is one that doesn't have international shipping on it.  #110717553740 There may be more, I stopped when I found this one.

ricarmic, I didn't see any for you but i was scrolling fast so I may have missed one.

The fastest way to check that I know of is to go into one of your listings,

-click on the shipping tab

-change location to another country (I used Australia),

-Click on see other items and set to maximum amount of items per page

-Refresh page to make sure that the shipping amount showing is the international price

-scroll through listings, if you see "not specified", that item is missing shipping for that country and is likely missing all international shipping

Of course this is faster for my 100+ listings than if you have 1,000+ but it is still faster than editing everything

That sounds quite workable!

Shall we tell the non-Power Sellers or let them stew? :^O

WOW Pjcdn2005 thankyou so much! I was confused at first as I didn't see anything in the column except the odd time "Free Shipping" - then I figured out that it probably only shows "Free shipping" or "not specified" or a blank right??. - at least all I saw in my column was most of the time blank, or "Free Shipping" (I rarely give free shipping to international or even Canadians that's how I recover some of the taxes nobody here likes to pay)  I don't have any "not specified"s so tis probably another bug in their reporting program.

Coincidentally, you helped solve 2 problems for me though as I hadn't thought about how to also fix the listings I have that are less than 2 weeks return policy, somehow I have a few that are only 7 days, and while perusing the list looking at the shippings, I see that the return policy is very prominent so I can now go fix them up too!!

Now if you only had a solution for why eBay keeps crapping out my IE8 every day from 6am to about 7am I'd be all fixed up!!!

Thankyou again for posting this reply and have a great day!!!

Revise all listings with the next postal increase in January.

I have several listings without international shipping....

But that was done deliberately.

One would have cost $400 to ship to the UK, because of size and not weight ...   shipping only to Canada and US... no where else...

You are welcome 🙂

hmm your listings must be set up differently as I see either an actual shipping price or free or not specified. It is never blank.

You might want to try going to customize view, and click on list view which is below "show results in"

Also, check off "show shipping cost"

lol well, you might not like my solution but it does work.....download Firefox! I rarely use IE

Ha! What a day, I don't know how many times I looked at that preferences screen but I didn't notice the show shipping cost, till now, which of course wasn't checked! Checked it, now I'll have to go through them all again to see which one isn't right! THX again for your help!

PS RE IE, yes I see a few folks mentioned this over this and other threads, someday maybe I'll have to give it a go.....just not enough hours in the day!!!

Just took 20 minutes to scroll through 1592 unique listings and found  a whole 49 without International shipping prices. And four without pictures.

I guess I will fix the pictures first and worry about the other 49 later. There seems to be a hurricane in my lapsang soochong.

Off to check my next ID.

Thanks PJ!  I don't know why I didn't think of that.  I'll get to that later as I still have plenty of listing to do after being away most of the summer season.
