Due to my shipping cost is too high, I contacted the seller, and I was told that Ebay put my location as Kentucky instead of Toronto, Ontario in Canada. I've never had an address in Kentucky, so why this happened. The seller suggested I contact Ebay so that my inovice can change for lowever shipping/import cost as she cannot do that for me with Ebay stopped her editing the invoice.

It sounds like the seller is using the Global Shipping program. You will have to pay the shipping or you will get reported for non payment.

By the way, shipping was shown in the listing before you placed your bid. You cannot back out after you win.
