How can I cancel buying that I have never bought it? I just pressed Committed to buy by mistake and now I get e-mail from e-Bay that please pay the item that you bought!

Ask the seller.
Tell him you will agree to a Mutual Cancellation.
If he agrees, leave glowing positive feedback. He may leave the same.
But if the seller has already started an Unpaid Item Dispute, then your choices are : pay or don't pay and get a UID Strike, which will make it harder to bid on eBay in future.

So first you pressed "Buy It Now" by mistake, then "Commit to Buy" by mistake. Ebay is not a game, only the seller can let you off the hook now.

It wasn't the first time you used the Buy It Now button so you knew how it worked.
Ask the seller to cancel the transaction and when they send it to you, select the option that indicates you agree to the cancellation.
The seller is not obligated to let you off the hook but some are willing.
