How can I contact the seller after getting no response from email regarding item not received

In November 2013 I purchased but have not yet received an item. There have been email communications with the seller up until February 9, 2014. I can no longer get in touch with the seller and the item, according to eBay is either invalid, still pending, no longer in database or is expired or no longer available. The item number is not recognized and without that ID you can't make inquiries. I have no item and the seller has my money. Any suggestions?
