some sellers from the us are a bit high depending on item price insurance ect, some sellers seem to ship a coin for instance tracked for 7.0-0 bucks others charge 20.00,depends on value and some charge lots so you wont buy im guessing, just better to research shipping costs, from veriouse sellers

The shipping cost is related to speed, tracking, insurance and above all DIMENSIONS.
Within Canada, I can ship the same 3cm thick paperback book to BC for $5 or less or to ON for $12 or more.
While shipping costs are never related to the value of the item, some sellers are paranoid about selling outside the USA*.
So they use expensive, fast and tracked shipping.
*Specifically the USA, most other nationalities have no problem with it.

Hello 'squarehead',
<< The shipping fees from the USA are astronomical >>
Yes they are, -- and never based on the value of the item but rather the size and weight of the package. See for yourself just how outrageous they are:

Hmmm, now that depends on size and weight again.

<< or China>>
Ah, well, China has low-cost gov't subsidized shipping for cheap little items. If you buy something expensive from China, however, the shipping costs will be in line with those in the rest of the world.
<<or anywhere else >>
Where? I find everywhere in the world has expensive shipping, for the most part. So it's a good idea to choose your purchases carefully.
