How do I OFFICIALLY cancel a return after seller said I could keep all items?

A seller sent me the wrong item so I messaged them and initiated a return right away.

I asked where I get the return label from and they told me they included the label in the package that they'd be mailing out the next day that has the correct item this time.

I received that package today but the label wasn't included with it so I again messaged the seller to tell them that, and they tell me no worries I can just keep it.

The problem is I initiated that return and have yet to say its been shipped out and don't want it to look like I'm deciding myself to just keep it - SO how do I make it official that I don't need to return anything now because I was told by this seller himself that I can just keep it?

Is the seller in China?

Open an Item Not As Described dispute immediately. The 'replacement' will never arrive.

In addition, if the seller is not in Canada there is no easy way to send you a useable * return shipping coupon.

*There is a thing called an International Reply Coupon. You take it to your PO and watch the clerk be completely baffled by it. In theory it can be exchanged for postage. In real life, no easy.

Wait a minute. The seller really did send a replacement? And it is what you wanted?

Wow.

I never believed in miracles before.

Just send the wrong item back. You don't need Confirmation of Delivery since your seller acted above and beyond. She might even refund the postage when she knows what it is.

Use Paypal shipping, there is a 5% to 18% discount from PO counter prices if you buy labels through them.
