How do I cancel Supplementary User Agreement for Sellers?

Does anyone know how to cancel the Supplementary User Agreement for Sellers? When I go to post something to sell now it will only let me ship to Canada now. Can anyone help me out here to fix and get rid of this problem?

Hi caracasa..I don't think you want to cancel. To sell internationally , it is necessary to accept eBay's Cross Border Trade Agreement.

It should be appearing when you are completing the Sell your Item form. Need to agree.
