How do I contact the seller of the laptop battery that I payed for around 20th of December? This is because I haven't received it until now.

I'm getting a bit impatience because I was expecting the battery within a week after the payment, but I haven't receive any communication. Tracking # is LJ695386583US. What should I do now?

Hi Julius .. You wait. Purchased on 14th , payed on the 20th ( long to keep a seller waiting without communicating ?). Assuming seller was prompt  and shipped on the 21st , thats 12 calendar days of which 7 were weekends or stat holidays. That means 5 business days and unrealistic via mail from NJ.

Seller has an excellent reputation and buyers have 45 days to open claims for not received.

PS.. I don't know how you funded your payment , credit card , instant payment fine but echeques from bank take 8/9 days to clear ( longer with holidays added) and sellers do not ship until PayPal clears to seller.
