This seller operates in a very rigid manner and I'm just a guy buying an item. He has 4 pages of legaleze so as to cover himself and I didn't read it entirely and asked about my original question which was answered at the bottom of page 3 and was given hell which I took exception to and he didn't like my response. The purchase went through, however, but now I'm worried about getting a low feedback score because, in all likelihood, I'll have to give feedback first. Also, he has blocked me from bidding on his site, but hasn't bothered to advise me why. Just because I have issues with a site or seller, doesn't mean I won't buy from them in the future, if they have something no one else has. If this escalates, where on e-bay do I go to follow up?

How do I ensure that a seller who I've had an unpleasant experience with doesn't give me low feedback unfairly?

Hi .. Just a few facts.. sellers can only leave a positive feedback. Sellers are allowed to block anyone they do not wish to deal with. Buyers can leave whatever appropriate feedback without fear of retaliation.
Write it off as an unpleasant experience and move on.
