Hi .. I seem to recall trying that once and price cannot be discounted.  Could have asked him to bid and then ended the listing to sell.

Buyer , if they would agree, could pay invoice and then issue a refund through PayPal. If not , cancel the transaction and set up a correct BIN for the buyer. Use his ID as title and send the item #.
