How do I search a buyers history with me?

I have searched high and low through help pages and advanced search and cannot figure how to search a particular buyer's history. Can someone please help?

I don't know about eBay, I don't think they offer that feature but check your own records. Don't you keep invoices or records of your sales that you can check? I make an invoice in MS Works that I keep and check there for previous sales.

Or what about emails? Do you keep them? Check there.

You get a 30-day history in the "advanced" search, a 60-day history in your "sold" page and an additional 30 days in your archive section. That's it.

Personally, I just type the ID into our "Outlook" search function and I get all customer records back to the year 2000.

thanks all, that helped a lot Bernie. It was right in front of me...figures. Between eBay and direct sales I have over 500 customers now. I'm sure its over a 1000 ebay listings alone since May '08. Two complete system crashes in the past year hasn't helped either. It has been an arduous process, PayPal records are all I have and I have been working slowly at recreating my customer files and email addresses. I have learned about "back up" the hard way.

This all started last year as a bet. Someone challenged me to try and sell my items on ebay to see what would happen...yikes! Little did I know. Got to quit my full time job though...dream come true! Thanks again all....cheers

I don't know about you, but I make it a policy to keep all emails having to do with ebay and any other sales for 2 years in my email account, sorted into months of the year.

If you're not doing it already, it might be a good idea - you can then search your email account. -------------------------------------------------------------------
