Is there a tracking number? If none is visible, message the seller and ask. If there is a tracking number, go onto www.canadapost.ca and use the "Track a Parcel" function.
If there is no tracking number, don't freak out. That's fine. Keep in mind parcels coming from the US can take up to 4 weeks, and international can take up to 8 weeks.
