How does one note feedback for an item that was purchased, paid for but notified by seller item was no longer available, with funds returned

How do I note on the feedback form when an item I had purchased, paid for and was then notified by seller item was no longer available and my funds were returned.  The feedback asks questions pertaining to the receiving of the item.  I do not want to provide negative feedback but cannot provide the answers required because of this. Please advise.  Thanks

If it was an auction, perhaps the end price wasn't high enough for the seller so they are refusing to sell so cheap (some sellers to this). Did they relist the item?

I would suggest you leave negative feedback stating the seller said the item was no longer available. The seller is not allowed to sell items they do not have, can't get to the buyer within a reasonable time or have been listed somewhere else.
