How should I handle a non paying buyer? The buyer joined ebay in December of this year and has 0 feedback. I have sent a friendly reminder

The buyer bid on item (min. royal doulton pitcher)  on Dec. 21st. I sent out a freindly reminder this morning but I'm doubtful i'll get a response. Buyer  joined ebay on Dec 12/12 has zero feedback, zero sales and zero purchases. I don't have a good feeling about this. I'm a fair person and perfectly willing to give them a chance but not sure how long I should wait or what the policy is should I not get a reply.

Hi auntbetty.. Your buyer has won 13 items since joining.

Sent a reminder today , perhaps give a couple of days but then with no response or payment , file the unpaid dispute to recover your final value fee. Here is process..

http://pages.ebay.ca/help/sell/unpaid-items.html

Buyer has 4 days to pay. Does not , close the case and ebay will credit fee and assign a strike to buyer's account.

Add ID to your blocked bidder list..

http://pages.ebay.ca/help/sell/manage_bidders_ov.html

Do you have buyer requirements set to block buyers with 2+ strikes.
