How to add free shipping to International shipping.

I'm using .ca ebay and I see a box to check for Domestic FREE SHIPPING next to the chosen shipping method ( I'm using Expedited ) buy I do not see a FREE SHIPPING box for International shipping. I do see Flat Rate shipping but I would like to ship free.

Just enter 0.00 for the fixed shipping costs and it will, or should, show up as free shipping in your listing.
