How to change positive feedback to negative?

Was making a negative feedback a glitch happened and it left positive. the comment is negative but he has 5 stars! Was told I can only add a note. how to change to negative, this seller can now leave me a negative feedback no?spoke 1 hour with service representative and they said they would investigate

 Worst is that seller mentioned in cancelling that he didn't have the car anymore...but he called me afterwards to let me know that he was relisting it (in order to get higher amount)..... I am flabbergasted, amazed and furious to see what is happening and really hope I can change positive to negative. any help appreciated.

NO - sellers cannot leave negative feedback for buyers.  Period.  No exceptions.

Also, you cannot revise the feedback you have already posted from positive to negative.

??? It was your mistake to leave the wrong feedback, nobody else.

Looking at the feedback you left - you posted two feedbacks - one positive, one negative.

It cannot be a "glitch".  You need to clam down and wait for a few days before you post any negative feedback.

Other thing you can write down what you want to say up to 80 characters before posting any negative feedback and do it slowly to make sure you click negative not positive feedback if you want to leave your seller the negative feedback.

At any time you are angry or frustrated, never rush, calm down and wait a few days before you post them, so you don't make any errors.  OKay?
