How to get refunded fees for fraudulent charges by member using my account?

I have been a victim of multiple newly create accounts using my account information to create transaction fees and have been charged to my credit card by Ebay.

What is the process to get this refunded to me?

From a phone that doesn't charge you by the minute, and on a weekday between 9 and 5, use Help and Contact to get a phone number and PIN .

You'll spend a lot of time on Hold.

The time is important because customer service is in Utah or the Phillippines. The guys in Utah speak slightly better  English, but often are blank about details like Canada being a foreign country.

You should also be changing passwords on all your accounts, not just eBay.

And contact your bank and credit card people.
