I added an auction and i cant see it.

Is there some délai or some kind of confirmation to do ?

There typically is no delay and no need to confirm the listing as you already confirm the listing during the review step.

Simply mouse over the "My eBay" option in the top right and a pop up menu should list "Selling".  Click on that and it will take you to all of your selling activity.  If the listing is not there then you haven't gone through all of the steps during the listing process.

It is normal for new listings to take up to 24 hours to "index' and appear on Search.

The item should show in your  Selling list almost as soon as you confirm the listing.
