I am looking at purchasing a vehicle and the seller has stated the ebay will hold the money in trust until I receive the vehicle and indicate that I am satisfied and that they can release the payment. Does either ebay or paypal work in this fashion??

Where did you see this vehicle listed, kijiji, craigslist, auto-trader, etc.

There is no car.

She isn't a widow, or an oceanographer, or on active service in Iraq.

There is no such service from eBay.
