I am offering Free shipping USA and Canada. When my US buyers get to invoice page, shipping charge?

After offering Free shipping in the US and Canada, and set up my policy, but shipping charge is appearing on the invoice for my US customers?

I contacted ebay for help, but the person was not able to advise me of how to fix the problem.

Any answers? Suggestions?

you cant put free shipping on u.s.shipping but you can put  $0.00.this is how i do it.

Yes, give the US shipping charge as a Flat Rate of $0.00.

You will also have to use Flat Rate for your overseas customers, but that's workable.

ON the listing that you sold recently it does say that shipping to the U.S. is $7.25 so perhaps you entered that by mistake when you did the listing.

On the listings that you have running right now you specify that you ship to Canada only so there in no shipping specified for any other country. Your listings also specify that you are using standard shipping from outside of Canada. Are you not shipping from within Canada?

Why do you exclude p.o boxes? I realize that some sellers do but that is only because they use a courier which doesn't deliver to a p.o box. If you are using mail service, there really is no reason not to ship to one.
