I bought an Item. picture is gone.. text says the item has been removed.. **bleep**?

I just took a look at my purchases and I have 2 listings where the pictures are blank and all the info on the product is gone. There is a message that says " This listing has been removed. If you havent paid you dont have to but if you have everything should proceed as normal and you dont have to do anything."  What kind of message is that..

I cant see the status of the purchase.. I cant track it.. I cant do anything.. The sellers store is gone.. I dont see any activity or return on my credit card.. **bleep**. I just spent an hour trying to figure out how to ask whats going on...  this silly customer service help is so narrow that you cant ask a question unless its listed.. This was the only place I could find to ask..

The sellers store is gone.

Go to Advanced Search at the top right of this page.

Search for the seller's name under Sellers.

Does it show that the seller is Not A Registered User?

If so;

It is possible that this is just a glitch, like the seller forgetting to update the expiry date on the card he pays his eBay fees with.

In that case, wait about 20 days, (Don't panic!) to allow for delivery of the item.

But, more likely, the seller did something dreadful.

You can open an Item Not Received dispute through the Resolution Centre at the top of this page.

You can get the information you need by going to your Paypal account and checking your payment.

Again, don't worry. This will take a little time, but both eBay and Paypal have very strong Buyer Protection policies and your money is safe.
