When the item arrives, you send it back. However, you may have to pay duty, taxes and a service fee to get it first.
The duty (if any) and the taxes you can get back by calling the phone number on the back of the invoice you paid at the Post Office. Services fees are not refundable.
Before that, use Contact Seller to explain your problem to the seller. If he knows what is happening, it will be easier for him to react appropriately.
