I put in a best offer and it was accepted. The cost of shipping was stated as $3.45. When I got an invoice from the seller the shipping was $8.55. Am I obligated to pay this shipping or should the seller honour what was originally state? I have been communicating with the seller and found out that it can be shipped at $3.25. I said I would pay the original shipping cost of $3.45 but the seller is not obliging.

Not obligated to pay more. Send seller this link and refer to terms and conditions..

Ask for a correct invoice. Can leave poor DSR's 1,2 which hurt seller.

After several attempts to get the seller to see reason, I have paid for the item but will leave less than 5 star feedback. The seller totally ignored the fact that I sent her information regarding the lower cost of shipping directly from the USPS site. I sent it to her 3 times and she refused to acknowledge it but continued to tell me that the only shipping price was $8.55 or I could cancel the order.

"I sent her information regarding the lower cost of shipping directly from the USPS site."
That's totally irrelevant. You agree to pay whatever is in the listing, not what is on the USPS website. If $3.45 was is in the listing, that is what you pay.

Unfortunately she would not send the item until I paid the full shipping fee that she requested. I really wanted this item but I will make sure I never shop with her again and also will leave feedback to reflect that decision.
