I bought an item on buy it now, i sent a message to the seller to please invoice me

I bought 2 items from a seller, i sent an email to be invoiced to get the cost of shipping and got a computer generated reply the seller was going to be gone until June 30th 2014.  I sent a couple after the first but got the same reply, so i am assuming she isn't even checking her mail.  Now i am not sending a payment because by the time she gets back on her ebay account if there is something wrong with the items or if i don't even get them it will be to late to open a dispute so i chose not to pay and wait until she returns to her account.I would still like to receive these items

My account has also been tagged with a failure to pay and i would like that taken off because its not exactly true i haven't paid because i haven't received an invoice

Any help would be appreciated
