When I want to check out, it says that the seller is unable to receive payment with Paypal. I contacted the seller and she said that she has problems with her Paypal account so my order has to be cancelled (??). But my order is still on my list (purchase list). I don't want a case open for an unpaid item.
thanks!
Nancy

Hi Nancy .. Her reply would indicated that she does anticipating a resolve any time soon. I would think that knowing that you are able to leave less than positive feedback would deter an unpaid.
Seller has to have your agreement to cancel..

I guess if it was me , i wouldn't punish seller in this circumstance. Would accept is asked by eBay and move on.

Ask the seller for a Mutual Cancellation. You can agree to this and both of you will be released from the transaction. You can leave appropriate feedback.
Or you can ignore the request, and after a week the MC will close. Both of you will be released from the transaction. You can leave appropriate feedback.
Or you can refuse the request. The transaction remains open and the two of you will have to find another method of payment. However, no other method of payment offers the Buyer Protection of PP (there are a few other similar processing systems which are almost as good). You can leave appropriate feedback.
