I can't pay for item because seller is not excepting payments.

Hello folks.  I know it sounds crazy,  A seller not excepting payments!!  Back on the 9th of March I tried to purchase 2 tripod guitar stands but when I went to pay I get as far as pay now and a pop up shows up stating that the seller is not excepting payments at this time.  Since then the guitar stands sit in my unpaid purchases.  I have tried to pay again and again but with the same result.  I have received reminders from eBay to pay but I can't.  I have sent messages to the seller who doesn't respond.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

Does the seller ship to Canada?

Did you get a Paypal invoice with his email address? That is often/usually also the PP address.

Is there an email on the eBay invoice?

Have you tried contacting him by eMail as well as through eBay Messages?
