I did not receive the item I purchased what do I do next!!

I purchased a Fujifilm camera S8200 from seller on Jan  30/14 when I did not receive it with in 2 weeks I contacted her. She wrote and said it had been returned,  incorrect address. I check the address I had used through paypal and it was correct, but I sent it to her again and she said she will sent it out immediately and I waited again and now it is March 14/14 and I still don't have it. I contacted her and again she said she mailed it the next day. Well I don't have it and I am out $100 what do I do. Second email and she is not responding,.

File for an item not received claim in the Resolution center today. Don't wait as you have only 45 days from payment to file the claim and you are at about day 43 now.  If you purchased the item on ebay.ca the resolution center may transfer you to paypal to file a claim there.
