I bought an item on 2nd march 2016 but did not get it then I opened a request in April he said he resend it may lost in shipping but still did not get it and now he was not answering my emails.I want my money back.please help me.

I bought the item in $19.19 USD = $27.68 CAD

If you haven't received an item after a reasonable time you should open a Not Received Item claim. NEVER accept a seller's offer to resend the item. You will never get it & many sellers from China use that as a way not to have to refund you as the time limit will expire for you to put in a request.

You are past the time limit for eBay (30 days after last expected arrival date).

If you paid with PayPal open an Item-Not-Received case there (you have 180 days from time of payment to do that).
