I think we need more details.
Why did you remove one? Did you learn it was not "eBay legal"?
Did eBay give you a reason for removing the second listing?
What happens when you try to relist the accidentally removed listing?
DON"T try to relist anything that eBay has removed for a reason. You could find your selling account closed permanently.
BTW-- on your used book/local pickup listing, it would be worhwhile to mention your general location (town, city neighbourhood) in the description .
