Many of the items I have ordered in the womens clothing department have been inaccurate in both size and/or fabric discription.
While I understand the Asian Sizing is different to US sizing, that does not account for the problem. I am always a size s/m in US sizes and even when I order an XL according to the listed size charts on E-Bay they are often too small. It is a very disappointing experience to wait weeks for an item and then feel deceived by the size or the fabric that you were expecting in accordance to the information given in the ad.
I do not know how your company can correct this issue, but it should be addressed. It seems there is too high of a risk to the purchaser when buying Womens clothing.

You are not talking to amazon here. Just to other buyers and sellers.
Clothing sizes are always a problem (even in the local retail store, where at least you can check it out).
If you find something of interest on eBay, ask the seller what some of the critical measurements are before making a choice. That will give you an idea of the size, and the type of response will also indicate whether the seller knows what they are selling.

It's a good idea to only buy clothing online that have actual measurements shown in the description. Then you can compare those measurements with clothes that you already own to make sure that the size is accurate. If no measurements are shown in the listing just skip over to one that has them.

The only time there is "risk" is if you believe what you see and hear from a Chinese seller. The size charts mean nothing. Look for the measurements. They will be in metric, so get a tape measure. If there are no measurements, ask the seller but since the seller is probably drop-shipping they will not be able to tell you. Like I said in another post a size XXL fits like an American M, or maybe even a SMALL.
Think of it this way. If you buy something a bit too BIG you can still use it. Take it in, belt it, wash it to shrink it. But if it is too small on arrival that is money wasted. If many of the items you have ordered in the womens clothing department have been inaccurate in both size and/or fabric description, I don't know why you keep going back.
The fabric they use will be some form of plastic like polyester or acrylic. Maybe some cotton in the blend. They use whatever they can get their hands on that is cheapest and can be made up to look like something nice in the picture. If you have been shopping there to save money on clothes and have ended up disappointed time and again, I don't think you have saved very much. You've wasted money on things you can't use and the feeling of being cheated lingers on to make you unhappy. Not an experience that I would pursue a second time, let alone a third, but don't let me put you off.
If you still want to buy from there, check the clothing measurements in the listing keeping in mind that those may not be entirely accurate either. Go a size bigger just in case. And just accept that what you get will not often look like what is in the picture.
