I have paid for an item, but never received it. Ebay closed the case-said the seller shipped, but I have not received it. anyone have help?

Was it Paypal Balance

Was it Credit card through Paypal

Was it bank account

PayPal should not close a case unless a tracking # shows delivered.?

I had a similar case. If the seller does not require delivery compagny for a signature from buyer, the delivery compagny will leave the package at your door and it might be stolen. That's what happened in my case. The seller (cbnailstore-428) said that if items are belw $200, they don't require delivery compagny to ask for a signature from buyer.

This is totally ridiculous as I order all the time from internet sellers and none other has this policy. It might have happened to you as well.
