You are a new/occasional seller and there are going to be restrictions on your account until you hit certain benchmarks. (Someone else will have to tell you what those are, but they include a certain number of successfully completed sales, about 100 I think)
The restrictions are on all new sellers and include the annoying 21day Hold on payments.
The restrictions are stronger on sellers of high value and high fraud products. Your brands fit into this category.
It's a Buyer Protection measure and it is very insulting to new but honest sellers who have found a cache of neat stuff, like Manolo shoes or Chanel earrings or Vuitton purses.
The restriction does have a bright side. Well brighter than midnight in the Carlsbad Caverns anyway. With fewer items being offered you have a chance to learn the trade slowly. And there is less chance of being wiped out by a scamming buyer since you have less product/money on the line at any given time that you might have liked.
Most of the Brand Name questions come up with products from manufacturers who are enrolled in the anti-counterfeiting VERO program.
