I'm a new Ebay seller. Looking around the site, can't find any info on how to preserve history of my entire listings beyond 60-day period, so that I can relist a previously sold item any time? It would also help to reuse listing pictures, and recall other info: sold price, buyer info, listing options, etc.

How I can get back all info on my listings, sold beyond 60-day period? Any 3-d party or Ebay tool allows that - not only to import an Excel spreadsheet, but the entire listing in Ebay standard listing format with all fields?

eBay purges completed listings after 90 days. There is no way to preserve any more than the limited information seen in your older archived listings. If you want to preserve the entire listing, you have to save it offline or print it on paper.

Are there any Ebay or 3rd party tools that allow to preserve all listings indefinitely with all listing info?

If your are using a Windows PC, then you can download and install free eBay Turbo Lister. This will allow you to import your Active, Sold and UnSold listings. You can then look up an old listing and relist it months later even though it is no longer on ebay after 90 days.

eBAy Turbo lister can be a pain to learn and use so you will need patience. For help, go the ebay.com TL forum in Selling Tools. Ask questions there. Research and read old topics and posts to gain knowledge and experience.
