I'm being refunded for an item I purchased but I have not been told where to ship it.

I contacted the seller to return an item. My return is going through, but meanwhile I have no clue where to ship it. I can't find any shipping label and I no longer have the package the shoes came in. 

What do I do?

It is possible that the refund is a courtesy one from eBay -- or from the Global Shipping Program.

In which case you don't need to do anything.

Once you have your refund in hand, donate the shoes to the charity of your choice or toss them in the trash.

Do the "honorable thing" and contact the seller again, get their return address and mail the shoes back to them.
