ebay's MoneyBack Guarantee is only applicable for 30 days after which you have to use Paypal or your credit card if you are facing an Item Not Received incident. The other possibility is that ebay removed your item (for good reason you must trust) in which case you need to go to paypal too. Their Resolution Centre is very good.

I did wait too long, I agreed for the seller to resend another item. I'll see what paypal can do. Thanx
