I got this email from ebay in my inbox today and I am a little confused. I don't have any defects? Do you know what it means, why did I get it? Did anyone else get it?
yes I received the same one, also 2 premature MBG claims.
eBay sends these out once a month, I get them most months with some drivel about how they protected me from their somewhat defective system of assigning defects.
This one means that two buyer tried to use "I haven't received my item" prematurely, as in before the first estimated delivery date. I did notice the lack of a defect given for one transaction where my buyer was asking, I don't specifically recall a second one but there could have been another.
