It is highly unlikely that a small inexpensive item like an eyebrow pencil would have a tracking number.

If the item is coming from the USA, tracking would cost about $20 - $25.

Within Canada Regular Parcel is tracked , or at least Delivery Confirmed, would cost between $5 and $12.

Is the pencil that good?
