I just foun this auction for a Canada 20$ bill. It really looks fake.

Should I report this or do I have to be certain it is fake. I am 99.9% it is and seller is in Israel.

Anytime you feel that a seller is doing wrong or violated ebay policies....REPORT IT.... and let ebay sort it out.
